Curry Hurry Love

Hey there beautiful yogis and yoginis! Its the month of February….

The month of LoOoove!!  (-Just Kidding)  🙂 Well, everyday is a day of Love in my mind. Its quite apparent to most that we have the choice of love or hate; which do you choose? How does that ‘little inner voice’ in your head treat you? What do you ‘tell’ yourself?

Simple fact: The greater your love for and confidence in yourself , the more joy and inner peace you experience and allow to radiate outward to others.

Self Love Meditation:

Stand still in front of the mirror, (Yes, I did say that) and gaze into your own eyes.

Set any intention of seeing yourself a bit deeper or going directly to your core essence.

Remind yourself of that primordial need of love, acceptance, and recognition.

How can you allow yourself to feel that?

(Without judging or holding onto any story lines of the past.)

While gazing in your own eyes repeat any affirmations that you would like to work on:

For example, “I Love and respect you whole heartily and believe in you under any circumstance”, “You are perfect just the way you are”.

As you repeat your words, actually see and feel them within and allow your being to vibrate on that level of awareness with ease.

For all of you busy friends out there…. who are living and embracing life to the fullest… here is a recipe devoted to you. Devoted to you, loving your body and fueling it with high vibrations even when you feel stressed and outta time.

Scurry Currie, we gotta hurry for the flurry coming to the worry jury… The yogi says “Hey No need to hurry for worry we gotta curry to make”!
