  • From Downward Facing Dog
  • Glide forward into high plank position
  • Lower whole body onto floor
  • Point away feet and plant all 10 toes into the earth
  • Hands on either side of ribcage
  • Roll shoulders up and then towards the hips, drawing shoulder blades together and elbows in
  • Lift chest
  • Lift knees and shins off mat
  • Extend arms and lift hips off the mat
  • Lengthen spine and gaze forward
  • Chest expands open and forward
