Hot Yoga Studio

Yogasphere’s Hot Yoga Studio located in Richboro, Pa features a state of the art atmospheric control system. The forced air system continuously circulates and heats the air to maintain a consistent hot yoga temperature. The system also silently and evenly injects steam to maintain 40-50% humidity. A Fresh oxygen exchange system works side by side with UV air filters to enhance air quality. Sustainable bamboo floors along with all of the above components supports a fresh, clean, breathable hot yoga experience.

Hot Yoga Classes

Yogasphere is excited to be offering an array of Hot and Heated Yoga classes for all levels. Yogasphere’s Hot Yoga Classes are challenging and fun with positive effects often being felt just after one class! Benefits of Hot Yoga include accelerated weight loss, detoxification, stress reduction, improved balance, mental clarity, concentration, peace of mind, and a greater sense of over-all well being. Students are encouraged to listen to their body, practice at their own pace, and rest when needed.

  • Soular Power Hour (SPH) All Levels – SPH is a 60 minute class that is a dynamic, energizing and challenging style of yoga that links breath and movement through unique sequences; combining sun salutations, standing postures and floor work. The smooth, continuous flow deepens the breath, develops core strength, increases endurance and challenges balance and flexibility. The room is heated between 90 and 95 degrees. Please come hydrated and bring water, towel and mat. Doors are locked promptly at scheduled start time of class, no admittance once doors are locked.
  • Soular Power Hour (SPH) L1/2 is a 60 minute class that is a dynamic, energizing style of yoga geared for those newer to yoga or who want a moderately paced, invigorating class. The flow links breath and movement through unique sequences; combining sun salutations, standing postures and floor work. The smooth, continuous flow deepens the breath, develops core strength, increases endurance and challenges balance and flexibility. The room is heated between 90 and 95 degrees.   • Soular Power Fusion (SPF) All Levels- SPF is a 75 minute class that combines 2 different styles of yoga, Power Flow and the Hot Yoga 26 series. It is a vinyasa (breath to movement) style yoga practiced in a heated, climate controlled environment( 95 to 105 degrees with humidity). All-Levels, not recommended for those brand new to yoga. Please come hydrated and bring water, towel and mat.
  • Soular Hot Flex (SHF)- HOT FLEX is a heated yoga class that focuses on strength and flexibility without vinyasa. The temperature is set 100-105 degrees. The higher heat is safe as movement is slow, creating a sauna-like feel. Hot Flex goes beyond deeply stretching the major muscles groups, as the focus is on the breath and deepening into the connective tissues in the body as well. Through mindful breathing, deliberate movement, and emphasis on the core this style is not only beneficial for the beginner but also the athlete whose muscles can be tense and for the student who may be prone to injuries and/or recovering from an injury. This particular style of yoga can serve the student both mentally and physically to become more focused, present and allow embodiment because of the depth of the practice.   • Soular Warm Slow Flow (SWSF): SSF is a 60 minute class that is warmed to a pleasant temperature (80 to 85 degrees) that allows the body to move safetly to increase strength and flexibility. This moderately paced class allows you to move smoothly into each asana (position) and can be used as a powerful tool to reduce stress, restore health, soothe organs and improve circulation. We hold our postures longer in class, which helps the yogi to surrender into the pose and relax deeply. Please come hydrated and bring water, towel and mat.   • Soular Intro to Yoga: A 60 minute classes that is held at a moderate temperature (80 to 85 degrees) with emphasis on the basics of breath and alignment. Intended for those newer to yoga and hot yoga, or those who have been away from yoga awhile. Please come hydrated and bring water, towel and mat. Doors are locked promptly at scheduled start time of class, no admittance once doors are locked.
