  • Place a bolster under your knees if you feel any discomfort anywhere in the back or legs.
  • Lower back is at ease and not overarched and the chest is slightly lifted.
  • Lengthening your head away from the shoulders with the chin relaxed.
  • Release your body to become heavy.
  • Allow your senses to release, relax your tongue and let your eyes and ears soften.
  • Scan your body head to feet then feet to head to notice any tension or stress lingering in the body and consciously give you body permission to let go.
  • Be still.
  • Do not fall asleep.
  • Allow for at least 10 minutes to receive full benefits.
