Imagine… breath to movement, movement to breath

  • Standing at the front of the mat. Tadasana.
  • Inhale bend knees sit back arms reach up. Utkatasana.
  • Exhale fold deeply. Uttanasana.
  • Inhale extend half way up lengthening the spine. Ardha Uttanasana.
  • Exhale step or jump back and lower down. Four limbed staff pose. Chatturunga Dandasana. Option of knees, chest, chin come down. Hamsa.
  • Inhale glide forward upward facing dog. Urdhva Mukha Savasana. Option cobra. Bhujangasana.
  • Exhale downward facing dog. Ardho Mukha Savasana. Same exhale right foot up to the inside of right hand , left foot flat at 45degrees.
  • Inhale arms reach up keep right knee bent at 90 degrees. Warrior 1. Virabradrasana 1.
  • Exhale right foot back, downward facing dog. Adho Mukha Savasana. Same exhale left foot steps up to the inside of the left hand.
  • Inhale arms reach up. Warrior 1. Virabradrasana 1.
  • Exhale hands down, bend elbows, lower down. Chatturunga Dandasana/Hamsa.
  • Inhale upward facing dog. Urdhva Mukha Savasana/Bhujangasana.
  • Exhale downward facing dog. Adho Mukha Savasana.
  • Hold for 5 breaths.
  • Feet to hands transition.
  • Repeat other side.
