Stress Free Living Classes

Gentle –

Gentle yoga is perfect for people of all ages and fitness levels. Students can expect to move safely, with modifications suggested that allow each person to fine tune the practice to what is needed that day, while aligning body, mind and spirit. Each class includes opportunities to strengthen, increase flexibility and balance, and restore stressed areas of the body and mind. No yoga experience required.

Restore and Renew –

This class combines 45 minutes of restorative yoga to provide a healing, supported practice for body and mind with 30 minutes of meditation/guided relaxation to allow for a sustained feeling of balance and renewal. Release of tension and stress through supportive physical positions, breathwork and meditation will provide a path to your inner source of energy and clarity. All levels welcome!

30/30 Flow/Meditate –

A great experience of yoga to move the body and still the mind!
This class begins with a 30 minute flow precisely designed for any level to strengthen and open the physical and energetic body prior to meditation. The second 30 minutes will be an exploration of guided seated mediation working breath, visualization , simple mantra and or metta (Loving Kindness) to deepen our experience of the subtle body. Reiki Share –

Come join this energetic exchange facilitated by Debbie and Darla. No experience necessary, anyone certified level 1 or higher can practice as well as receive. $5 Donation. Check our weekly schedule for these pop-up offerings at Newtown and Doylestown.

Healing Yoga $5 Donation – 

Enjoy this special weekly donation class that provides the environment of healing through gentle movement, guided breathwork and nurturing music. This class is open to everyone, including those with multiple sclerosis, chronic conditions and cancer recovery. The focus is establishing healing in the body through a mindful yoga practice. $5 Donation is recommended.

Our private sessions offer one-on-one consultations and instruction by Yogasphere teachers who have been specifically trained in applying yogic techniques in the following areas to promote whole body wellness and healing:
